We provide on-premises AI tutoring systems deployed within partner institutions' own infrastructure. Our registered office is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Institution-level account data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus 12 months. Upon termination, all data is deleted within 30 days upon request. Student data stored on-premises is under your institution's full control and can be deleted at any time from the admin panel.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Our management access to your systems is protected by multi-factor authentication and full audit logging.
AIEduTech.io is designed for use in educational institutions, including schools where students may be minors. All student accounts are created and managed by the institution under their own safeguarding policies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors outside of the institutional framework. Institutions are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent where required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify partner institutions by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
